Train New Trainers (TNT) Fellowships
The UCI School of Medicine TNT Fellowships are clinically practical, evidence-informed certification programs specifically designed to address the most frequently encountered medical/psychiatric conditions seen in the primary care setting.
Celebrating 10 Years of Transforming Primary Care Mental Health
For a decade, TNT has been at the forefront of integrating mental health care into primary practice. Our program has equipped countless primary care providers with essential behavioral health skills, making a real difference in patient care.
Expansion and Optimization of Healthcare Delivery
Access to Advanced Training
Primary care and general medical providers, including pediatricians, often receive limited formal training in “primary care-based” psychiatry. They may benefit from targeted resources and training, with focus on prevention, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment of commonly encountered conditions. TNT Fellowships are non-traditional and provide training outside of customary clinic or business hours.
